Humberside Police say: “Emergency services are currently in attendance at Albert Dock in Hull following reports of a ship on fire at approximately 10.35am today (Friday, 27 June).

“Road closures are in place on English Street, Wellington Street, Humber Dock, Kingston Retail Park, The Marina, and Jackson Street in Hull, with no access to local shops and businesses in the area.

“Residents are advised to keep windows closed due to smoke in the area, and motorists are asked to avoid the area.”
