Boy, 16, ‘chased by masked men and stabbed in Aldi’ | World | News
A teenage boy was chased by masked men and stabbed in an Aldi in Toulouse, France, it has been reported. The incident occurred in the Empalot store at 1.15pm on Wednesday, actuToulouse reports, citing a police source.
The victim was with a friend when they were chased by four men, according to the source. They said: “He indicated that three of them were wearing balaclavas and were armed with knives.” He was stabbed twice – once in the hip and once in the shoulder.
Emergency services rushed to the scene but could not track down the attackers.
Firefighters and paramedics examined the teenager and determined his injuries to be non-life-threatening before taking him to Rangueil Hospital.
The same Aldi store was previously the scene of a violent attack less than three months ago.
On December 28, 2025, a man was struck several times on the head outside the supermarket before going inside to hide in the aisles.
