Epic takes it to Steam with Spring Sale including big Arc Raiders discount | Gaming | Entertainment

If you’re a PC gamer and you want to save some money on games, then you may want to head over to the Epic Games Store, where the Spring Sale is in full swing. Just days after the Steam Spring Sale came to an end, Epic is giving customers the chance to purchase dozens of blockbuster games at heavily reduced prices. And unlike the Steam sale that only ran for one week, the Epic Games Spring Sale runs for an entire fortnight, coming to an end on the afternoon of April 13.

The Epic Games Spring Sale has some really great discounts, including popular extraction shooter Arc Raiders for just £24.79.

The timing really couldn’t be better, with Arc Raiders about to welcome the big Flashpoint update on March 31.

The Flashpoint update includes a new Map Condition, as well as a new enemy encounter, two new weapons and lots more.

Arc Raiders developer Embark Studios explains more: “Speranza is buzzing with rumor and half-truth. The hurricane has subsided, replaced by evolving enemy threats. Head topside to separate fact from fiction.”

Elsewhere, Epic Games customers can make big savings on PlayStation games like God of War Ragnarok, The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered and Ghost of Tsushima.

God of War Ragnarok is reduced to £33.49, The Last of Us 2 is down to £31.99, and Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut is £29.99. The Spider-Man games, Uncharted Legacy of Thieves Collection and Days Gone are also reduced in price.

Other heavy-hitters are also included in the sale, such as Borderlands 4, which is down to £41.99.

The 2025 game of the year Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 is reduced to £33.59, Cyberpunk 2077 is £17.49, Red Dead Redemption 2 Ultimate Edition is £19.99 and GTA 5 Enhanced is £14.99.

Arguably the best deal of all is for Alan Wake 2, which costs just £11.99! Its predecessor is even cheaper, costing just £3.74 as part of the sale.
