Trump rejects ceasefire and threatens to ‘blast Iran into oblivion’ as WW3 fears soar | World | News
US President Donald Trump threatened to “blast Iran into oblivion” and “back to the stone age” in a furious Truth Social post on Wednesday as he rejected a ceasefire agreement with Tehran. Trump added that America will consider this when the “Hormuz Strait is open, free and clear”.
He added that Iran’s New Regime President, who he says is “much less Radicalized and far more intelligent than his predecessors” is the person asked for a ceasefire. Up to now, Iranian officials have so far denied seeking a ceasefire, with Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi insisting Tehran wants a complete end to the conflict rather than a temporary pause in fighting.Speaking on Wednesday, Donald Trump also told The Telegraph he is strongly considering pulling the United States out of Nato after it failed to join his war on Iran.
