Marvel fans are just a couple of months away from the release of the only MCU movie of 2024.

Deadpool and Wolverine’s first couple of trailers promise a time-travelling and multiverse-traversing adventure involving the TVA from Loki.

Rumours abound of multiple cameos, especially from the Fox X-Men and now a leaked synopsis teases that Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman’s duo are set to play around with the MCU’s Sacred Timeline.

Just as Iron Man and Captain America revisited key moments from previous Marvel movies via time travelling in Avengers Endgame, Deadpool and Wolverine appear to be planning some similar meddling.

A leaked synopsis that has since been removed was posted on the official Marvel Zazzle store website.

The synopsis read: “And not only will they be working to defeat a range of villains plaguing the Marvel universe, bub, but they’ll be gate-crashing the MCU franchise, too, and putting their own R-rated, 20th Century Fox-styled twist on some of our favourite moments from Phases 1-4!”

This sounds similar to the Deadpool 2 end credits scene where Wade time travelled back to the events of X-Men Origins: Wolverine and slaughtered his lame version of Deadpool from that movie.
