Forget the Galaxy S25 – Samsung Galaxy S24 slashed to £192 if you know this code
There’s a new Galaxy in town with Samsung’s latest and greatest S25 now officially available to buy in stores. It’s another nice device from the Korean firm with it featuring a faster Snapdragon 8 Elite processor and bonus Galaxy AI upgrades such as improved photo editing a new “Now Bar” which pops up to show useful information such as football scores or how long your morning commute will take. There is also full integration with Google’s smart Gemini assistant so you can ask questions and chat to it just like a real person.
As you can read in our full Galaxy S25 review, we really like these devices but this year isn’t a massive upgrade over the brilliant Galaxy S24 which launched last February. In fact, place old and new side by side and you might struggle to tell the difference.
Samsung was offering some enticing Galaxy S25 pre-order deals, but with those now finished, the 128GB S25 will cost you £799.
Since the S25’s arrival the Galaxy S24 has already been made more affordable thanks to a £100 price drop.
Now Samsung has made things even more appealing by dishing out £100 discounts to those who use the very simple SHARELOVE code at the checkout.

That instantly drops things to £699, but there’s even more money off if you have an old phone to trade in. In fact, Samsung is offering up to £407 off depending on what you already own and what you are happy to get rid off.
With the code and trade-in deals added together, the S24 could be yours for as little as £292.
Here’s what phones are worth via Samsung trade-in
• Galaxy Z Fold5 – trade-in value £407
• Galaxy S24 Plus – trade-in value £400
• Galaxy S23 Plus – trade-in value £372
• Galaxy S23 – trade-in value £295
• Galaxy S21 Ultra – trade-in value £201
If that sounds enticing, there’s plenty to like about the S24. This device features a speedy processor, plenty of power, a very good 6.2-inch screen and long battery life.
Although it’s not quite as smart as the S25 just yet it does still feature Galaxy AI which can remove unwanted photobombers, sort your inbox and translate foreign phone calls in real time.
It’s likely that some of the new AI upgrades just announced by Samsung will come to the S24 range in the future which will make them feel even more like their newer sibling.
