Google’s Pixel Watch is less than half price at Amazon for a limited time
Though the Apple Watch rules the roost when it comes to smartwatches for the iPhone, there is a lot more wearable choice if you have an Android phone. One of the best picks out there is Google’s Pixel Watch, a smartwatch that works very well with any Android, not just Google Pixels, and right now the Pixel Watch 3 is less than half price at Amazon.
The Pixel Watch 3 is on sale for £150, which is a massive 57 percent saving on its £349 RRP. This is for the smaller 41mm version of the device, available in the matte black aluminium case with black band. It’ll even arrive in time for Christmas if you order today.
This is also a Wi-Fi and Bluetooth only watch, so not the 4G version that can connect to the mobile network. You always need to be tethered to your phone, as is the case with the majority of wearable tech.
I’ve tested every Pixel Watch that’s ever been released, and the Pixel Watch 3 from 2024 was a marked improvement over the previous two (though it has been superseded by this year’s Pixel Watch 4).
For £150 you are getting an excellent deal here, as the Pixel Watch 3 is a great all-rounder that handles notifications, smart features and apps just as well as it can handle activity and fitness tracking. The latter works very well thanks to complete integration with Fitbit, which was acquired by Google.
Stats are tracked automatically, with steps, distance, calories, heart rate and sleep all collated as you wear the watch, with data viewable in the Fitbit app on your phone.

As this is an Android watch that runs Google’s WearOS software, the Pixel Watch 3 is compatible with many third party apps such as Strava, Spotify, WhatsApp, AllTrails, and tons of other popular services that have a smartwatch app.
This is one of the big advantages of opting for a Pixel Watch 3 over a Fitbit branded tracker, as Fitbits do not have third party app support, as they run on different software. Getting a Pixel Watch means you can still use the excellent Fitbit app to track all your stats, but still benefit from smarter functions.
The Pixel Watch 3 has advanced tools such as pulse detection, which can call emergency service son your behalf in an emergency, a safety check that shares your location with chosen contacts, and fall detection that can let people or services know if you’ve had a hard fall and need help.
It also integrates with the Google ecosystem, so you can see your calendar, control your Google TV device or smart home devices such as thermostats, see your Nest Camera feeds and more.
Amazon is listing the Pixel Watch 3 for £150 as a limited time deal, but we don’t know how long it will last.
