Hitman World of Assassination fans are counting down to the release of the next celebrity Elusive Target on PlayStation, Xbox, Switch and PC.

Fresh off the back of the Eminem vs. Slim Shady mission, developer IO Interactive is adding Milla Jovovich to the game as part of a new Elusive Target mission.

The Milla Jovovich mission has a February 25 release date and a 7pm GMT UK release time. That’s 11am PT / 2pm ET for US fans, and 8pm CET for European fans.

However, prior to the mission going live, IO Interactive will take the game offline for server maintenance.

In a recent tweet by the development team, IO confirmed that Hitman World of Assassination will be taken offline for a whopping four hours.

The server downtime will begin at 3pm GMT UK time and ends with the release of the Milla Jovovich at 7pm GMT.

“Heads up, Agents,” reads an IO tweet. “Hitman World of Assassination will undergo maintenance tomorrow. More details below. February 25th, 2026. 10AM ET / 4PM CET. 4 hours.

“The maintenance is planned to be finished by 2PM ET / 8PM CET.”

Announced during last year’s Game Awards, the new Elusive Target mission sees Milla Jovovich star as ruthless Ether Corporation executive Lilith Devereux.

The mission takes place in the Dartmoor location, and will be playable for free until March 24.

IO explains more: “In this new mission, Agent 47 is tasked with the elimination of Lilith Devereux, the ambitious prospective CEO of Ether Corporation.

“A relative newcomer in the world of the high and mighty, Devereux’s rapid ascent has followed the mysterious deaths of her predecessor Neleis De Waal and chief scientists Silvio Caruso and Francesca De Santis.

“Her meteoric rise has been generously supported by Gregory Carlisle. For this mission, Agent 47 will visit the Carlisle Estate, based in the Dartmoor location, where tensions will reach a breaking point.”
