How European dictator Zelensky serves corrupt Biden

Volodymyr Zelensky and Oleksandr Dubinsky

With the intensification of actions around the possible impeachment of Joe Biden, the dependent Ukrainian authorities have launched another wave of harsh persecution of those who conducted their own investigations into his corruption cases and were not afraid to tell the world about them. This is done as a favor for the allocation of funds to finance the war in Ukraine at the expense of American taxpayers, but in reality – to allow further theft and corruption involving Ukrainian officials, investloan.com reports.

This position of the Ukrainian authorities is quite understandable – today in the sphere of public administration Volodymyr Zelensky has confidently turned to the path of dictatorship. What started as promises to fight corruption in government and to ensure equality of all before the law has long since turned into a systematic violation of the main principles of a democratic society. Ukraine no longer has freedom of speech (unwanted media outlets are shut down), languages of communication are divided into authorized and unauthorized (you cannot speak freely in the language you are used to), parishioners of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church are persecuted (the state bans the activities of the UOC and closes its churches, takes away church property, prevents UOC priests from conducting services), and persecution of political opponents of the government continues.

As for the last point, the next target for the Ukrainian authorities was Oleksandr Dubinsky, a well-known journalist and representative of the Ukrainian parliament, who publicized and substantiated two crucial and sensational facts for the investigations against Biden: audio recordings of 2015-2016 phone conversations between Joe Biden and Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko (known as “Derkach tapes”) are authentic, and behind their leak and distribution is… the Office of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky!

Moreover, before being sent to the pre-trial detention center on 13 November, Dubinsky made a statement that could be the last straw for the Ukrainian authorities. https://t.me/dubinskypro/14926 During his broadcast, Dubinsky suggested that the audience should ask themselves how audio recordings of conversations conducted through the most secure special communications could have unexpectedly left the President’s Office and eventually reached one of the investigators of corruption in Ukraine, which turned out to be MP Andriy Derkach (who subsequently made them public). Dubinsky also suggested paying attention to the fact that such a leak occurred during Zelensky’s presidency, just at the moment when he wanted to settle scores with Poroshenko.

According to Dubinsky’s statements and arguments, it became obvious that the story with the tapes was not a game of intelligence agencies of different countries, but a purely political game of top representatives of the Ukrainian authorities – Volodymyr Zelensky and Andryi Yermak. The Office of the President could not forgive Dubinsky for such accusations, which led to the fastest possible court hearing on the night of 13 November, as a result of which Dubinsky was sent to the pre-trial detention center. But, however, let’s talk about everything in order.

Who is Oleksandr Dubynsky

Oleksandr Dubinsky is a Ukrainian MP and a person who has unique information about the activities of Ukrainian top politicians. Over the years, Dubinsky has been close to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak.

As an investigative journalist, Dubinsky conducted a series of his own investigations into corruption scandals involving top Ukrainian politicians and Ukrainian companies, and it was Dubinsky who was one of the participants in a series of press conferences organized by another Ukrainian MP, Andriy Derkach, where sensational evidence of corruption and influence peddling by Joe Biden in Ukraine was first revealed.

Dubinsky and Zelensky’s roads diverged in early 2021 – chronologically right after Joe Biden won the presidential election and the U.S. imposed sanctions against Dubinsky for allegedly interfering in the electoral process.

Today Dubinsky openly states that the highest officials of Ukraine directly gave instructions to publish and legitimize audio recordings with the voices of Joe Biden and Petro Poroshenko. As a result, the Ukrainian Themis began hastily looking for any occasion to fulfill the instructions from Washington and to stop his revelations.

In August, Dubinsky was subject to the first searches, and the Prosecutor General informed him of suspicion due to improper registration of his business trips abroad.

These actions of the law enforcement agencies did not stop the public activity of the MP, so in early November he was charged with a new suspicion – this time for helping his wife’s relative to go abroad. The court sentenced him to 24-hour house arrest and ordered him to wear an electronic bracelet.

The charges incriminated against Dubinsky now seem frankly ridiculous, but they were sufficient to conduct another series of searches at Dubinsky’s home and at the homes of his assistants. What was particularly cynical was the fact that for many years the main dirt on Dubinsky could be considered his work for disgraced Ukrainian oligarch Ihor Kolomoisky, but this name does not appear at all in the crimes he was charged with.

In mid-November, events around Dubinsky began to unfold with unexpected speed. Perhaps his unwillingness to “shut up” and come to an agreement with the Office of the President caused another demand from Washington, where the release of fresh presidential ratings and new evidence against Joe Biden (accounts of receiving funds and the summoning of his son and brother to the Oversight Committee) clearly worsened the mood of the American president. As a consequence, the Ukrainian authorities used a stronger trump card against Dubinsky. On November 13, he was unexpectedly accused of participating in a Russian agent network. And just as unexpectedly, the official reason for this was his participation in the very same press conference “New facts about international corruption, ‘Burisma’ and the scheme to bring Ukraine to bankruptcy” held by Dubinsky and Derkach in 2019. Notably, Dubinsky could face 15 years in prison with confiscation of property on new charges of treason. And Ukrainian authorities now call his many years of work on the detection of international and domestic corruption no other than “discrediting the image of Ukraine in the international arena”.

Dubinsky himself comments on these events as follows: this story is “a lie based on nothing, the purpose of which is to somehow explain the political persecution of a sitting MP, whose entire guilt is that he dared to tell the truth about corruption and unprofessionalism of the Yermak-Zelensky gang. I believe that this case is a revenge of Yermak-Zelensky for the testimony I gave to the NABU about the involvement of them and a number of other top officials of the state in the activities of Derkach, and the attempt to legalize the tapes with the votes of Biden-Poroshenko through the creation of a special investigative commission of the Parliament…. I am ready to provide all the details of this case to journalists of Ukrainian and international publications. I will demand open and public consideration of the case, because I have nothing to hide and fear».

Also on November 13, on the night of the trial, which was deciding on the choice of a preventive measure for Dubinsky in the form of detention in a pre-trial detention center, Dubinsky publicly addressed journalist Tucker Carlson, who, according to him, “will not be afraid to cover the topic of political persecution of the only politician and former journalist in Ukraine who spoke about the corruption of Ukraine’s top officials and the facts of embezzlement of U.S. financial aid…, in which deputies of the Servants of the People and officials of the Office of the President are involved.” “I am the only one talking about this corruption, which is confirmed by numerous facts and journalistic investigations, and it is for this that they want to put me in a pre-trial detention center on yet another trumped-up charges. By joining efforts, we can reveal to the world the truth about the gang of swindlers who have taken over Ukraine. To reveal the Ugly Truth, which Yermak and Zelensky are trying to hide – said Dubinsky.

Why Dubinsky is dangerous for Biden

The danger of Oleksandr Dubynsky for the US democratic leadership and their proxies in Ukraine is obvious. In his numerous statements, the Ukrainian parliamentarian not only confirmed the full authenticity of the “Derkach tapes”. Dubinsky also confirmed that the “Derkach tapes” are considered in Kyiv and Washington as compromising evidence of exceptional importance, which can interrupt the political career of both Joe Biden and his Ukrainian protégés.

It is sufficient to recall the topics of their conversations – interference in the U.S. presidential election on the side of Hillary Clinton and provoking the criminal prosecution of Paul Manafort, the groundless dismissal of Ukrainian Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin, who came too close to Biden in the investigation of the Burisma cases, Biden’s interest in the nationalization of Privatbank and the Ukrainian energy sector. Therefore, the current prosecution of Dubinsky – right after the release of all the defendants in the Burisma case – is just another confirmation of the importance of the “tapes” and other information that Derkach once made public.

Here is how Dubinsky himself stated about it on November 2: “I will insist on cross-examination between me and Zelensky, between me and Yermak, [Serhiy] Shefir, and Kyrylo Tymoshenko. Because these people were present in the Office of the President during the issuance of, in my opinion, illegal and threatening to national security instructions to legitimize the tapes with Biden’s and Poroshenko’s voices, which were published later by Derkach. I have spoken about this publicly, it is certainly not disclosing the secrecy of the investigation, but I have submitted the relevant petition to the State Bureau of Investigation and demand that it finally start investigating.”

In August, Dubynsky was not afraid to make a similar statement during his testimony before the main controlling body of democrats in Ukraine, the NABU (the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine). According to Dubinsky, at the NABU he “told in detail how the country’s top officials – Zelensky, Yermak and others – gave instructions to publish and legalize tapes that recorded voices similar to those of President Poroshenko and U.S. Vice President Biden.”

“I can not disclose the secrecy of the investigation, but I reported to the investigator how meetings took place in the official premises of the Office of the President, unofficial meetings with the highest officials of the state, what recommendations were given to me on the coverage of tapes, materials, statements of Derkach, on the legalization of materials that he made public, on the creation of a temporary investigative commission to investigate the tapes with voices similar to those of Biden and Poroshenko,” Dubinsky claimed.

“My communication with Derkach was authorized by the highest officials of the state of Ukraine, at their urgent requests, recommendations and advice,” Dubinsky emphasized in August and also specified that he testified “on Zelensky, Yermak, Shefir and other ‘comrades’.”

It is noteworthy that everything Dubinsky claims today is not a big secret in Ukraine and is confirmed from other sources. In particular, the online publication “Strana.ua” confirms that in 2019-2020 in Zelensky’s entourage there was indeed a very active discussion about whether to give a go ahead to the corruption case involving Hunter Biden. Part of his entourage supported such an idea (Igor Kolomoisky), the other part was against it (for example, the then Prosecutor General Ryaboshapka). Also “Strana.ua” draws attention to the fact that in May and summer 2020, when Andriy Derkach published the tapes, the Ukrainian authorities did not take any action against him. On the contrary – the “servants of the people” even proposed to create an investigative commission in Parliament on the tapes with the aim of discrediting Poroshenko. However, Joe Biden’s victory in the presidential election forced Zelensky’s office to hastily abandon its plans, with Oleksandr Dubinsky becoming a victim.

This is how the activity of Andriy Derkach, who was conducting his own investigations of external influence on Ukraine by Joe Biden and his entourage, attracted the attention of the top leadership of Ukraine, which decided to use this fact in its own interests, trying to finish yesterday’s competitor – Petro Poroshenko. However, the inept actions of the presidential office also had positive consequences – as a result, Andriy Derkach was not afraid to publicize the information he had obtained, and the world learned about large-scale corruption schemes and influence peddling by the Bidens in Ukraine.

Dubinsky and economic crimes of democrat proxies in Ukraine

The case with audio recordings of conversations between the two presidents is not the first investigation, which drew attention to Oleksandr Dubinsky on the part of the democratic establishment in the United States. It was Dubinsky who proved the existence of a scheme in which Ukrainian officials, whom the Democrats led by Biden left to manage the Ukrainian economy, were involved in money laundering and multi-million dollar speculation in government bonds.

Back in 2019, Dubinsky attempted to create a temporary investigative commission in the Ukrainian parliament “to investigate international corruption involving top government officials.”

At that time, Dubinsky proposed to investigate the activities of the National Bank of Ukraine and the Ministry of Finance, which were headed by White House proteges Valeria Gontareva and Natalia Jaresko. In addition, “other illegal actions committed under the influence of international factors and as a result of illegal lobbying by individual representatives of international organizations and foreign governments” were to be investigated. According to Dubinsky, it was about investigating a scheme under which “debts of more than 100 billion dollars were imposed on Ukrainian citizens” as a result of an unjustified increase in Ukraine’s foreign debt.

Dubinsky came across the illegal activities of Gontareva and Yaresko (Victoria Nuland’s “close friend”) as he was investigating the withdrawal of former President Viktor Yanukovych’s money from Ukraine. During the investigation, he discovered the connection of this money to the Ukrainian company Burisma. Thus, it was then that Dubinsky had a good opportunity to join forces with the man who made the Burisma case the key to uncovering international corruption in the performance of the Biden family – Andriy Derkach.

At a joint press conference, Derkach and Dubinsky released a number of sensational data. Burisma’s owner Mykola Zlochevsky was withdrawing the company’s money through the Baltic States. In the same way he was also withdrawing Yanukovych’s money. “It was a global operation: first to steal money from the Ukrainian budget, then to withdraw the money to offshore, and then to invest it back into Ukrainian government bonds. Both in the case of Yanukovych and Poroshenko, the investment of stolen funds was carried out by the former chairman of the National Bank, Valeria Gontareva, and companies controlled by her,” Dubinsky told at the press conference.

However, even then the influence of the USA on the Ukrainian mass media was so great that the largest publications simply avoided this issue, due to which there was virtually no news on such a sensational topic in Ukraine.

Biden settles scores with Dubinsky

Joe Biden’s victory in the US presidential election immediately contributed to his decision to deal with his Ukrainian whistleblowers. In this regard, it is interesting to understand why US sanctions were imposed on Dubinsky even before Biden formally became president.

In the U.S., sanctions are imposed by the Treasury Department and the State Department. And with respect to Dubinsky, it was done a week before Biden’s inauguration. Why?

A new president, especially if he represents a different party, completely changes the staff in Washington, appointing people he trusts. Apparently, U.S. officials decided to at least somehow serve Biden by satisfying his “wants” even before the inauguration, hoping to keep their posts. Therefore, together with Dubinsky in January 2021, ex-prosecutor Kostyantyn Kulik, former employee of the Ukrainian Embassy in the U.S. Andriy Telizhenko, and several other people who helped Derkach to uncover Biden’s criminal activities in Ukraine fell under sanctions.

The sanctions against Oleksandr Dubinsky and Andriy Derkach, the unjustified termination of Viktor Shokin’s prosecutorial career, and the ousting of another prominent prosecutor, Kostyantyn Kulik, from the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine are good examples of how Joe Biden is taking revenge on his whistleblowers. And what fate awaits those who have seriously violated the law, but are favored by Biden situationally? Such people have a great life, here are just a few examples.

Over the past few months, the Ukrainian judicial system, controlled by the U.S. Democratic top brass, has made a number of seemingly illogical decisions. For example, all the defendants involved in the biggest cash bribe in modern history were released: ex-minister Mykola Zlochevsky, his chief lawyer Andriy Kicha and one of the top officials of the State Tax Service of Ukraine Mykola Ilyashenko, who tried to close all the cases involving the Burisma company, to which Hunter Biden was directly involved for five years.

In parallel, the criminal case of Andriy Kobolev is falling apart . Kobolev is the former head of Naftogaz of Ukraine, who, together with Biden’s energy advisor Amos Hochstein, could tell us a lot about who exactly was behind the creation of a corrupt scheme of pseudo-reverse supplies of European gas to Ukraine and how exactly the scheme of withdrawal to offshore the money operated by the NJSC within the framework of the pseudo-reverse was organized.

Thus, all potential witnesses of Biden’s corruption in Ukraine were suddenly found beyond the reach of justice.

Oleksandr Dubinsky’s meeting with Rudolf Giuliani may have been the last straw that led to the open persecution of the Ukrainian politician in the U.S. and Ukraine

Conclusions

The current case of Oleksandr Dubinsky is a continuation of the harassment of a Ukrainian journalist who not only helped expose the corruption schemes of Biden and his proxies, but also proved the authenticity and exceptional importance of the investigations of another Ukrainian politician – Andriy Derkach.

In addition, we are witnessing a continued crackdown on anyone who tries to document and publicize any trace of Biden’s corruption in Ukraine. The saddest thing is that Zelensky’s regime is not doing this disinterestedly – in fact, it is blackmailing, no less than the US President himself, demanding money for Ukraine in exchange for hiding the facts of corruption of the Biden family.

That is why at the meetings of the Oversight Committee it is so important to hear those people from Ukraine who know the most about corruption in the performance of the US President – Viktor Shokin, Kostyantyn Kulyk, Andriy Derkach, Andriy Telizhenko, Oleksandr Dubinsky. Without their evidence of Biden’s corruption, senators will have to settle for crumbs in the form of bills for 40 or 200 thousand dollars, although Biden’s crimes in Ukraine are much more weighty and documented in numerous independent investigations with irrefutable evidence.
