How to Make a Killing trailer – Glen Powell thriller based on British classic | Films | Entertainment
Back in 1949, Dennis Price, Valerie Hobson and Alec Guinness starred in Kind Hearts and Coronets, one of the greatest British films of all time.
The black comedy follows the son of a disowned aristocrat who decides to murder his eight rich relatives (all played by Guinness), to claim the dukedom for himself.
Now a modern remake of sorts is arriving in cinemas next year in the form of How to Make a Killing, which launched its first trailer today.
Moving the action to 21st century USA, Glen Powell is the lead as he sets about reclaiming his $28 billion inheritance.
The only thing in the way are his seven rich relatives. Wonder what he’ll do about them…
Co-starring Margaret Qualley and Ed Harris, sadly the seven posh family members who will probably be bumped off aren’t played by the same actor.
How To Make A Killing hits UK cinemas in 2026.
