Man in ‘life-threatening condition’ after stabbing in London | UK | News
A man is fighting for his life after being found with stab wounds in Sutton yesterday afternoon (May 23). Police went to Welbeck Road at around 2pm after receiving reports of a stabbing.
Social media reports have said that an air ambulance was seen in the area at the time.
The 31-year-old’s condition has been classified as life-threatening. There have been no arrests made at this stage as the investigation continues.

A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police has said: “Police were called at approximately 14:03hrs on Tuesday, 23 May to reports of a stabbing in Welbeck Road, Sutton.
“Officers and London Ambulance Service attended and found a 31-year-old man suffering stab wound injuries. He was taken to hospital for treatment.
“His condition has been assessed as life threatening. At this early stage no arrests have been made and enquiries continue.
