Meghan Markle blasted for copying Victoria Beckham with new photo | Royal | News
Meghan is expected to take the lead at a women-only event in Sydney. She will be interviewed on stage at the £1,440-per-person event.
Her appearance was announced by Gemma O’Neill, host of the Her Best Life podcast, which is organising the 300-person event.
The announcement came with a new picture of the Duchess, appearing to be sitting down with one forearm on her leg, as well as her other elbow, with her right hand placed on the side of her face.
Royal fans found the picture bore many similarities to Victoria Beckham’s Netflix poster for her eponymous documentary, in which she is looking into the camera with her hand resting on her cheek.
Both women wear white shirts in the shots.
One user wrote on X under a post comparing the two: “Copy cat.”
Another one blasted: “Yikes! That’s creepy.”

A third one said: “I’ve said this before – she hasn’t got an original thought in her befuddled head.”
A fourth one commented: “Oh wow, copycat strikes again! Sunshine Sachs couldn’t get something original… and current?”
A fifth one added: “Good lord. Every damned time. Even the background is the same exact shade.”
A sixth one wrote: “Wow spot on comparison! Unbelievable!”
A spokesman for the couple said: “Prince Harry and Meghan, Duke and Duchess of Sussex, will visit Australia in mid-April to take part in a number of private, business and philanthropic engagements.
“Further details will be shared in due course.”
