Princess Eugenie’s gorgeous message to mark August milestone | Royal | News
Princess Eugenie marked the birthday of her eldest son with a set of beautiful photographs.
She shared pictures of her family on Instagram, including a photograph with both her children, August and Ernest.
August, who she shares with husband Jack Brooksbank, was born on February 9 2021. His little brother Ernest George Ronnie Brooksbank followed in May last year.
Eugenie, 33, captioned the Instagram post: “Happy third Birthday to our dearest Augie.
“Forever a force of nature and forever giggling with you.”
Eugenie and Jack have been married for five years.
They tied the knot at St George’s Chapel, Windsor on October 12, 2018.
Royal historian Marlene Koenig suggested to Express.co.uk that Eugenie and Beatrice should step into a more active working role in the Royal Family.
As Beatrice and Eugenie are not working royals, and instead support themselves and their young families with their own jobs.
Beatrice works at software company Afiniti as a strategist and Eugenie is employed as associate director at art gallery Hauser & Wirth.
Ms Koenig said the pair could take on some of the roles left by the late Queen, saying: “Why not have some of these patronages given to Beatrice and Eugenie? Of course, it would be up to the princesses. Part-time working royals.”
