On the market for less than the price of a four-bedroom in Chelsea, Thorne Island, as well the Victoria fortification it contains, is only accessible by boat to a private jetty, or by air to a helipad, and is just three nautical miles away from the popular seaside town of Milford Haven, in Pembrokeshire, Wales.

Thorne is not the first island around Britain to the hit the market in this year.
