In addition to Dragon Age: The Veilguard, the March 2025 games include Sonic Colours Ultimate and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection.
It’s a pretty decent selection of games, not just in a critical sense, but also in terms of value for money.
Indeed, the three games are worth a combined £139.97 when sold at full price on the PlayStation Store. That’s a lot of money to spend on games that you can download as part of your existing subscription.
Dragon Age The Veilguard usually costs £69.99, while Sonic Colours Ultimate and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection are priced at £34.99 each when not part of a promotional sale.
Compare this to the April line-up, where the three games joining PS Plus add up to a combined £110.97. It also beats the February PS Plus games, which were worth just £92.99.
Headlined by high-profile flop Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, the January PS Plus line-up was worth £122.97.
In addition to being worth the most money, the March 2025 PS Plus line-up arguably contains the best selection of games.
Dragon Age The Veilguard didn’t meet sales expectations, but with an 82% score on Metacritic, it’s definitely worth checking out (especially when it’s free with your PS Plus subscription).
The game takes place in the fantasy world of Thedas, where ancient gods are on the loose and causing chaos.
“Unite the Veilguard and defy the gods in this immersive single-player RPG where you become the leader others believe in,” reads the official description.
“When a pair of corrupt ancient gods break free from centuries of darkness, the vibrant land of Thedas needs someone they can count on.
“Rise as Rook, Dragon Age’s newest hero. Be who you want to be and play how you want to play as you fight back and lead your team of seven companions, each with their own rich story. Together you will become The Veilguard.”
Elsewhere, Sonic Colours is a solid 3D platformer with blisteringly fast gameplay, while Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection contains 13 old-school action games, including bona fide classics like Turtles in Time.
As a reminder, PS Plus subscribers have until April 1 to redeem these games at no extra cost.
