British tourists who recently visited Seville shared their thoughts on Facebook, with one saying: “We were there late November/early December last year as the Christmas lights were switched on.
“The atmosphere was really special, but the Christmas markets that we saw were very focused on religious items (miniatures for cribs, etc), so different from what you might expect. Still very interesting, though!”
Another one said: “The Christmas lights are wonderful, and they have a parade. The markets are focused on items for manger scenes, so not much more than religious items.”
Travel experts from TheSevilleGuide explained: “If you’re visiting Seville in December, there’s a festive atmosphere with plenty of holiday events to enjoy.”
