Liverpool are moving onto their next summer signing after completing a £40m deal for Bournemouth left-back Milos Kerkez on Thursday.

Kerkez joined Jeremie Frimpong, Florian Wirtz and Giorgi Mamardashvili at Anfield, and another defender could soon follow.

According to TBR Football, Liverpool are now pursuing a young centre-back before they move for a striker.

Nantes’ Nathan Zeze, Valencia’s Cristhian Mosquera and Club Brugge’s Joel Ordonez are said to feature on Arne Slot’s shortlist.
