Manchester United will need to pay Bruno Fernandes £400,000 per-week if he is to sign a new deal, according to the Mirror. The midfielder played a starring role in the 3-2 away victory over Arsenal. 

However, having almost left to move to the Saudi Pro League last season, the Portuguese midfielder’s future at the club is uncertain. It’s understood he will want to become one of the highest paid players in the Premier League to remain at the club. 

His deal expires in 2027, which means United’s last chance to cash in on him would be this summer. He will reportedly make a decision on his future after the World Cup.
