Victoria Beckham’s eyebrow pencil has 20% off

Eyebrow trends have ranged from the super-skinny to bushy, brushed-up brows, but not everyone is blessed with lustrous brows, so it’s often eyebrow pencils to the rescue. Shoppers have heaped praise on one from Victoria Beckham’s beauty range, with one shopper saying it is their ‘must-have’ product.

The BabyBlade Eyebrow Pencil is currently reduced to £25.60 from £32 and comes in a range of colour options too – from taupe to light blonde and honey, as well as dark brown and medium brown. This brow pencil is designed for precision without the heavy, over-drawn look.

With an extremely fine tip, it allows you to sketch in individual hairs rather than fill in large blocks of colour. Lady Beckham said of the product: “I wanted something that could draw the finest individual hairs to fill in your eyebrows. The finished look is so natural, which is exactly what I wanted.”

The shade range is considered too – muted, natural tones for lighter hairs, or brows that have thinned with age. And the brand gives some guidance as to what shade to use for particular hair colours. For example, they recommend taupe for medium blonde to brown hair, while honey is suited to a strawberry blonde and red hair.

Because it glides on lightly, this pencil lets users restore shape and fullness without creating a harsh, stamped-on effect. Use small, upward flicks through any sparse areas, then soften with the brush end, for a lifted and slightly fuller look.

There are also some handy tips online too, with the brand saying: “Using gentle pressure, draw thin, hair-like strokes with BabyBlade through the brows. Comb with the spoolie for a full, sophisticated look that could fool anyone into thinking your bold brows are all natural.”

Another benefit is the use of ‘clean ingredients’ including camella japonica oil and rosehip seed oil, which they say has ‘essential fatty acids to restore skin elasticity and boost moisture levels’.

Elsewhere, Boots has their No7 Pro Artist Eyeliner Celestial Green – Limited Edition – for £12.95. They say it can be used directly on the lash line for definition, or for a less ‘dramatic’ look, smudge it with a fingertip or beauty brush.

Another option is Jones Road’s The Brow Pencil, which costs £24 and comes in six colours. The brand says this product can be used to get ‘fluffy and feathery brows’ or to extend and define and fill in any areas that are bare.

But with 2245 reviews, Victoria Beckham beauty fans have left plenty of feedback for the brand’s eyebrow pencil. One said: “I have mature, slightly thinning eyebrows and this product is both subtle and effective at making them look fuller. It’s very easily to apply. I have light skin and brown eyes and use the taupe colour.”

Another said: “This is the best eyebrow pencil I have tried. I’ve never been quite happy with previous ones but this is so easy to use.” While a third added: “This is hands-down the best eyebrow pencil brush combi I’ve had. It goes in smoothly and blends just as easily. Other brands I’ve experience require me to press hard to get any pencil color on my skin. It is a must-have.”

One customer explained their four-star review, saying: “This I liked! Needs a steady hand to apply but that is okay. I found it gave good coverage, easily blending my grey and dark eyebrow hairs. Four stars only – perhaps the staying power could be improved? Accidental touching does fetch-off some of the colour”. And someone else said: “It’s good. Goes in better when it’s warm. Softer to manipulate.”
